Sneaky kilos

The past years, I’ve gained a few sneaky kilos. I started to realize I gained some pounds when I wanted to try on my summer clothes and they didn’t fit. That was the moment I decided to take action.

I started exercising and changed my eating pattern. In order to achieve the best result in a short period of time, I asked Jon for help in October. It was a bit of a change… In the morning before my work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and on Saturday morning. But I started to feel fitter soon after.

The fast results I got in such a short period of time were an incentive to continue. And if I didn’t feel like it, Jon was there to make sure I continued. And even if I’m just training by myself, I hear that voice in the background;  “Mind on the muscle…”.

Now, at the end of January, after a couple of months of training and even a month’s vacation, I fit in my summer clothes again. The best thing is that people think I lost more weight than I actually have. And that is something you can’t achieve with just dieting, but by combining training with the right nutrition. Because with this you can ‘shape’ your body.

I’m not there yet, but I’m on the right track. Ik feel better, more energetic and fit. Jon, thanks for the support.

Pushing you to the limit

Having no time and a busy existence is always an excuse. But because of Jon’s positivity I now know better. It feels great to workout and see the results. After 6 weeks of training my body already changed so that other people noticed. The advantage of a personal trainer is that you always know if you are doing a good job and his knowledge and experience will make it go faster than the gym.

You have someone to push you to the limit and someone you can build on. Besides, there is trust bond because he also wants to see results. The most positive about Jon is that he always finds a way to motivate you and he will always support you, even if you don’t feel like training.
